7th Cenury Design, LLC. works very closely with the Blackard Group in designing many of our villas and commercial masterpieces. Architect Kevin Dingman is the driving force that brings many of our design to life.

John Wales, Owner and Winemaker of Wales Manor since 1999, is proud to have established the first commercial winery and vineyard in Collin County. From its humble beginnings, Wales Manor continues the Texas wine tradition by establishing the premier tasting room Texas, located in Adriatica's Harbor District. The tasting room at Adriatica is scheduled to open in the summer of 2008.

The the entire team at GSI Global Security have been great to work with. Our special thanks to Carl, Gary, Laurie and Kevin as they work tirelessly to ensure the tenants and visitors at Adriatica, enjoy world class security during their stay.
