December 4, 2007 - The First Four Villa Floor Plans

November 28, 2007 - The finishing touches are being completed at the Villas in preparation for the "Croatian Village Tour" which starts Saturday, December 1st at noon.

September 28, 2007 - The 4 Villas are really starting to take shape. The cabinets are being installed, painters are preparing the walls and trim, the stone work is nearing completion. It won't be long before we have more new residents in Adriatica. If you are interested in a Villa, contact email George Fuller or Donna Blackard . The last picture was taken from the 2nd floor balcony, looking to the South.

September 18, 2007 - The Villa District is progressing nicely. Here are some shots of the Custom Villa along the lake and the Villas near the vineyard.

August 10, 2007 - Work continues on the custom Villa on the water's edge.

August 9, 2007 - Now that the rain has stopped, work has once again resumed on the Villas. The tile roof is being applied to the existing structure near the vineyard and framing has begun on a custom home along the lake.

May 17, 2007 - The Town Homes are moving along nicely. Below is an updated picture of the Town Home, and the other is the Presidential Suite of the B-Hotel which is close to completion. The pier truck is drilling the first of the Custom Villas along the lake.

April 12, 2007 - The framers are moving along. two of the four Villas now have the second floor.

March 22, 2007 - After much anticipation, the foundations for the first 4 town homes are being poured. George Fuller of Fuller Custom Homes tells us the framing of these 4 units will start next week. This pour started early in the morning and was 50% complete by 7:30 AM. There are still select town homes and Villa sites available. November 4, 2006 - The first home is being built in the Villa District. I will try to get some pictures posted in the next few days. The first town homes (blue on the map below) will begin construction with in the next few weeks. There are still select town homes and Villa sites available. May 25, 2006 - We have moved our offices to Adriatica. Please be patient with us as we work to correct our telephone service.

April 26, 2006 - We have been asked by so many for a 'peek' as to what the Villas will look like so we have posted the Artistic rendition below. We have also posted the conceptual site plan to get an idea of the layout of the Villa District.

April 4, 2006 - Now that the utilities, gas, telephone, sewer, etc., have been installed, we have begun to grade (or more accurately, re-grade) the Villa lots. 18 clients have now spoken for lots in the Villas and George Fuller is working to talk with every one. As you can surmise, George has become a very busy man.
