May 5, 2007 - While the parking garage will be hidden from view by buildings on two sides and plants on the other two, we still decided to put together a conceptual elevation to give an idea of what it will look like. The plans will be submitted tomorrow for approval with the initial grading starting very soon thereafter. Designed by G. Kevin Dingman with 7th Century Design, Inc.

March 26, 2006 - Our designer has been busy. We have three new conceptual elevations to post. The Wedding Chapel, the Island building Trogir which houses a restaurant, banquet facility and a penthouse condominium, and the B-Hotel. Designed by G. Kevin Dingman with 7th Century Design, Inc.

August 26, 2006 - The zoning request was tabled until the September 5, 2006 City Council meeting. Once the request is approved, we will enter into the final building design process. Our hopes is to break ground on the parking structure in September (September 6, 2006 to be exact) as this structure must be built prior to any other buildings.

June 28, 2006 - Below you will find the elevations for the Riva aka the Harbor District. As you can tell, we have designed the area to hide the parking structure from view. To accomplish this, City Council needs to approve the additional height request. If they deny the request, residents will be able to see the structure from several vantage points.
