May 5, 2007 - This is the April 30, 2007 aerial view of Adriatica. There is a lot of activity around the project. Some of the highlights are; The Presidential Suite should be complete by May 20, 2007. Basic site work has begun in preparation for the Harbor District Parking Garage. The first four town Homes are in the final stages of framing. Three Custom Villas will be started by the end of May. The undergraound utilities are being installed for the BOL building along Virgina Parkway. Dr. Buchanan, out resident Orthodontist, will open her doors for business on May 7, 2006 and the Bell Tower 4th floor (of Seven) is being formed with the concrete to be poured on May 9, 2007. Because of its dimensons, it looks like a big shadow near the construction trailers.
